I purchased this theme for my client. She loves it. However, when I added the meta tags plugin it is placed below java script. Here is how the coding appears.
<title>Whitedove Christian Gospel Internet Radio Ministry</title>

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” media=”all” href=”http://whitedoveradio.com/wp-content/themes/NomNom/style.css” />
<link rel=”pingback” href=”http://whitedoveradio.com/xmlrpc.php” />
<!–[if lt IE 9]>
<link rel=”stylesheet” href=”http://whitedoveradio.com/wp-content/themes/NomNom/styleIE.css” media=”screen” type=”text/css” />
<!– BEGIN Metadata added by Add-Meta-Tags WordPress plugin –>
<meta name=”description” content=”Gospel Internet Radio Music with The Message and Inspiring Teachings and Sermons From The Bible. Dedicated to the Ministry of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Listen to new Sermons airing several times daily with Preaching Of The Cross with Bro. James W. Knox. The sermons aired always represent the truth of the scriptures.” />
<meta name=”keywords” content=”white dove, whitedoveradio, whitedove gospel free radio, christian internet radio, listen to sermons online daily, sermons by james w. knox, commercial free radio, christian contemporary radio, internet radio sermons, inspirational music and sermons, gospel music radio, in god we trust, salute to the troops, corrie ten boom, thesslonica, bible teaching lessons and study, free radio sermons, james w. knox, preaching of the cross, does god love me, fear not god says, did jesus have to die, jesus king of the jews, plan of salvation, independent artists submit, i stand with israel, crystal clear” />
<!– END Metadata added by Add-Meta-Tags WordPress plugin –>
This appears to prohibit the SEO programs from pulling the data from the site.
Is there a way to fix this? I have done many other sites with word press and have not had this problem.

Answered in an email but here is the response for anyone else that may need it.
After reading the plugin description, it looks like it adds itself right before wp_head call, you could try moving this section of code in header.php above the html5.js call (line 52)
